Q.Do I have to use your services for a minimum number of hours?
A.No! Our company model is perfect for businesses who are unsure of how often and how much they may need our services. No need to commit to blocks of time. You can make arrangements with your specialist from week to week.
Q.Will I have a different assistant each time I use your services?
A. Definitely not. Our aim is to choose the right person on staff to build a working relationship with you. We look at each staff person’s personality, ability, experience and location to determine the best person for your needs.
Q.Do you have to come to my office to work?
A.We can work wherever it suits you best. For some jobs, we go to our clients’ offices, and for others, we work remotely. Often, we work in the office for part of the day, and then we take work with us to do remotely.
Q. How does billing work?
A. Elite Assist sends invoices twice monthly – on the 15th and last days of each month, and we keep a form of payment on file for your convenience.
q.Can I choose to hire my assistant full time?
a.Yes, you can make arrangements to hire the assistant we place with you.
