Meet Elite
Erin Flaherty (formerly Erin Triplett) founded Elite Assist with the mission to help business grow without breaking the bank. When she was a manager for a mortgage company, she came into contact with many business owners that seemed overworked and overstressed, because they felt that in order to delegate they had to hire full time employees. They were hesitant to do this, because of cost, or because they weren't sure they had enough work to give an employee. Erin resolved that business owners should be able to run a company, while having access to part time bookkeepers and HR consultants. Forty hours at a desk in an office isn’t the magic formula for a job well-done.
With this principle, Elite Assist was born.
Now, our clients can spend their work day accomplishing company goals, feeling relieved that Elite Assist is staying on top of their financial picture and employee structuring.
Our Staff
After our specialists pass a background check, each person is required to attend orientations and continuing education classes before working with clients. The number of people on our staff continually increases as we earn new business.Senior Management Team
Erin Flaherty – Founder Erin Flaherty lives in Odenton, MD, with her husband and 3-year old daughter. Her favorite pastimes are reading and baking. She has a bachelor’s degree in Community Health from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Victoria Rosati – Executive Director Victoria, who goes by Tori, brings several years of management experience to our operation. Her strengths include solving problems within departments, inter-department communication, and creating efficient processes. Tori runs orientations and trainings for our staff, and also serves as executive assistant to the founder. She lives in Odenton with her husband, infant daughter and 3 dogs, and she is a
self-described board game fanatic!
Bonnie du Plessis - Placement Manager
Bonnie du Plessis recently opened the Dallas, Texas office of
Elite Assist and has more than 20 years experience as an admin assistant, in
various industries including medical, financial and travel. Bonnie’s
responsibilities will include establishing new relationships with Dallas-based
business and running orientations. Bonnie lives in Dallas with her husband, 2
boys and 2 cats. She enjoys reading, movies and spending time with her
family.
Patty Allen - Human Resources Specialist
Patty
Allen has over 16 years of Human Resources experience. During that time Patty
served as Employee Policy Coordinator with Constellation Energy, Director of HR
Family Services Agency, a nonprofit organization in Gaithersburg, MD, and
Director of HR for The Pediatric Group and Righttime Medical Care. She
specializes in employment law, employee policy and employee relations. She also
offers her clients compensation and performance management design and
administration. She loves working with small businesses to assist them in their
growth. Patty is an avid reader and lives in Odenton, MD with her
son.
Tim Reinhard - Senior Bookkeeper
Tim Reinhard lives in Port Huron, MI with his wife and 3 daughters. His favorite pastimes are reading, walking with his wife and watching the girls
in their numerous sporting activities. Tim has a Bachelor of Accountancy
degree from Walsh College and has over 25 years experience in both the for
profit and not for profit industries.
Brianne Flaherty - Marketing Manager
Bri comes to Elite Assist with 6 years of experience as an Online Strategy/Operations Coordinator with Ballet Makers, Inc. She graduated from Montclair State University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Retail Merchandising. Bri lives in Crofton, MD with her husband and daughter.
